iPod my Menu

How much further away is the reality of podcasting a restaurants ever changing menu and possibly their favorite songs on a daily basis? In a similar note Kraft Foods introduces recipes for the iPod. Frankly I love the idea...but wonder if this is the right medium. Seems that texting messages to cell phones would be better utilized. Let's discuss Kraftfoods.com/iPod.

Don't forget, this is not the Food Network (you wouldn't believe the emails I get!!) But if you want to hit me up and suggest something for FoodChannel.com, then by all means send me an email Editor FoodChannel

I listen to my iPod all the time in the kitchen, and would gladly use the notes portion of the device if it wasn't while I was cooking. Seems to be a rather messy venture, cooking and my precious iPod.

I don't know how to activate this in my iPod. Can anyone help?

Sure...This might sound complicated, but it's not if you consider your iPod to be what it actually is - an external hard drive. Open your iPod in your desktop...drag the files to the notes folder and then open your notes in your iPod menu to view them.

There are explicit directions on the Kraft site as well. Good Luck!!!

I would prefer daily SMS to my cellular phone. Recipe a day in a favored category? Why doesn't Food Channel do that?
