Bald Chicken?

While most people consider chicken to be healthy, most of the time it is served breaded and fried. While there are non-breaded options for sandwiches and salads, I think the idea of whole muscle chicken in some type of bite-sized nugget or strip that’s not breaded and potentially prepared grilled (or in some other less fatty method) would be great. Maybe even serve it with some type of toothpick or plastic stick so you don’t have to necessarily get your hands greasy in the process? Some new sauces other than just “barbecue” and “honey mustard” might make it even more interesting.

Let’s face it, if I am going to fast food restaurants with my kids, I might as well have some additional healthy options for myself—and whether I want to admit it or not, I’m into the chicken strips and nuggets like the rest of America. What do you think about “non-fried” chicken strips and nuggets? How would they work (or would they work at all)?

Speaking of Spam...like the previous two comments, I wonder when it will come back on the menu like Ramen is in New York and cereal at ASU? I would eat spam again...wouldn't you?

Prefer my chicken baked or roasted. Never fried. When is fast food going to have cordon bleu?
