Love at First Bite
By Amy
So Food Channel gang, I’ve found the love of my life, and the funny thing of it is, I already thought it was the love of my life… but for different reasons.
Want a piece of heaven? Check out Fazoli’s lasagna, of course paired with their breadsticks (which was the previous love of my life). This would qualify as “last meal request” quality. I kid you not!!
Previously, I ate at Fazoli’s for their breadsticks alone—I’m not much of a pasta person myself. They have a couple of good sandwiches, and their little pizzas are fabulous, whenever the LTO comes around. So I thought I’d go out on a limb and try their lasagna for a change—YUM! Now I know that I’ve got an option if I have a hankering for the dish but don’t have the cash for Olive Garden or Zio’s. What do you guys think? Have you tried Fazoli’s lasagna before?? Here’s your chance to weigh in on something… give it a whirl!

I know they have good breadsticks...but couldn't really say that they have made a serious effort to market their lasagna.

It's a great fast Italian concept...which could be a huge oxymoron for most, I understand. Impossible to find in most markets though.

Breadsticks...they are the best of any fast italian concept.

I tried the lasagna, and was less than impressed. It lacked any meat at all! Flavor was not bad...but it was more like lunchroom lasagna.
