The IACP Cookbook Awards are presented annually by the International Association of Culinary Professionals to encourage and promote quality and creativity in writing and publishing, and to expand the public's awareness of culinary literature. On a recent Good Eats program, Alton Brown made a sea food roll up and I believe a beef or poultry rollup. How do I find these recipes? As instructed by Alton, I have tried both Meansstreet and now Foodchannel without results. Can you help me.
