Easy Homemade Truffles
Looking for a great gift to give out at the office? Here's what one Food Channel co-worker offered, complete with little drawstring bags and a "great to work with you" messsage.
1 pkg chocolate cream-filled cookies
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 bag white chocolate chips
1 bag milk chocolate chips
Put cookies in the food processor and blend until very fine. Add cream
cheese (room temperature) and powdered sugar. Blend. Shape into balls (about 1 tablespoon each). Put in a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1-2 hours. Melt white chocolate and dip truffles into the chocolate, then drizzle with melted milk chocolate. Store in the freezer until ready to eat; defrost about 15-20 minutes before serving.

I luv truffels and this recipe is great.I luv to cook but but making truffles is very hard for me to ake but this recipe just make it seem so easy i never thought I could to it so thank u food channel.
