Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
We recently received a request for a Peanut Butter Pie recipe. Enjoy!
Make-Ahead Peanut Butter Pie
½ cup (4 oz.) cream cheese
¾ cup confectioner’s sugar
3 cups non-dairy topping
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup milk
1 prepared piecrust (recommend chocolate graham)
Blend cream cheese, peanut butter and confectioner’s sugar. Add milk. Fold in Cool Whip. with electric mixer: softened cream cheese, peanut butter (I use creamy, but you can use crunchy too) and powdered sugar until smooth. Add milk. Fold non-dairy topping into mixture. Pour into prepared piecrust and freeze. Fifteen minutes prior to serving, remove from freezer and serve chilled. Leftovers can be re-frozen.
