Brownies Anyone?
Snow, ice or cold keeping you inside and cozy? There's nothing like a batch of homemade brownies to make a little hibernation seem like a treat. Try this recipe. In the true spirit of decadence-meets-simple pleasure, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce!
Brownies
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2/3 cup flour
¼ t. salt
½ t. baking powder
1 t. vanilla
½ cup walnuts (optional)
Beat well 2 eggs then add 1 cup sugar. Add melted butter and chocolate, then add flour, salt and baking powder. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake in greased 8-inch square pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool in pan.

this is very important for me since most things without instructions re: altitude creates a failure for my outcome.
