Four New Shows to Debut!

Cooler weather is upon us, so it’s time to spice things up. The Food Channel is welcoming the change of seasons with bolder, more colorful fare sure to send your taste buds in new directions.

Our Fall video lineup brings some international appetites and accents to the forefront, plus offers new twists on supper table favorites.  From Chicago Chef Billy Parisi’s Next Level to tandoor and curry wizard Ivor Peters’ London kitchen . . . to News Canada’s regional cuisine and Italian mixologist Jacopo Falleni’s California-influenced cocktails . . . The Food Channel will fill your plate over and over.

Chef Billy Parisi makes everyday food restaurant chic in his new show, Next Level. He makes complicated recipes easy, and will get you in and out of your kitchen with a dinner to dish about and time to spare. His recipes range from grilled halibut with spring vegetables and arugula pesto to a Latin grilled skirt steak with mango salsa.

News Canada offers a collection of videos that help you tackle food challenges, whether it’s getting your kids to eat healthier or creating smarter snacks for yourself. A variety of chefs will offer cooking tips and unique, simple recipes that will bring the whole family into the kitchen TONIGHT.

The Urban Rajah warms you with fragrant, savory dishes that will leave a smile on your face and sweat on your brow. Chef Ivor Peers brings Indian influence to his London kitchen with dishes like Tandoori Chicken, Sweet Corn Daal and sweet, spicy chutneys. His mustache, accent and obvious passion for cooking with keep you coming back to his kitchen.

Bar Therapy will give you all the fun of a raucous happy hour without the hangover. Italian mixologist  Jacopo Fellini has no fear when it comes to bringing unusual flavors together, and garnishing with a healthy shot of humor. After a few lessons with Jacopo, YOUR next cocktail party will be inspired, shaken and stirred!
