Interview with Hubert Keller

Hubert Keller is one of America’s most acclaimed chefs. French born and trained in the art of French cuisine by the likes of Paul Bocuse (recently named the “chef of the century”), Chef Keller brought his culinary talents to America and opened world-renowned restaurants Fleur de Lys in San Francisco and Las Vegas and The Burger Bar in San Francisco and St. Louis. He’s known to TV viewers for his own Secrets of a Chef series on PBS and has appeared on Top Chef and Top Chef Masters on Bravo.
