PROChat: Phil Friedman

Phil Friedman is the former chairman, president, and chief executive of Ridgeland, Miss-based McAlister’s Deli. Friedman stepped down in July of 2010 after growing the sandwich chain to more than $350 million in systemwide sales. Friedman also is a board member of the National Restaurant Association.
