Bio: Camille Parker is a trained chef with a passion for all things delicious. Currently, Camille can be found sharing her passion on NBC’s Non Stop “Foodies” show, through skinny recipes and restaurant exploration at Camillesdish.com, and in the kitchen as a Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu, School of Culinary Arts. Camille’s childhood was spent in her family’s Italian restaurant, Nani's Cucina Italiana in Jackson Hole, WY. She furthered her passion for Italian cooking, language and culture while living in Rome for three years. After attending culinary school, Camille returned to her family’s restaurant and served as Executive Chef. She then took her knowledge and love of Italian cooking to New York City where she had the opportunity to work with famed chef Mario Batali at his Michelin starred restaurant, Del Posto. Camille was recently recognized by Man Cave Daily as one of “10 Sizzling Chefs” in the US.
