Bio: Since childhood, the kitchen has held a deep fascination for me. It’s a passion that traces my deep-seated roots from the Mediterranean Western Coast (Alicante) where I was born. The whole of Spain holds common ground when it comes to cuisine with our traditional recipes and with our different regional specialties throughout the country. The history and rich culture is what fuels my passion to continue exploring and cooking the tasty recipes of Spain.
