Blueberry syrup ladled over hot blueberry pancakes is a breakfast that’s hard to beat. Preserved refrigerated in an attractive bottle or jar, the syrup makes a nice holiday gift, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup blueberries

Preparation

    To prepare blueberry syrup, combine maple syrup and 1 cup blueberries in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat for 10 minutes.
