Flatbread with Rosemary and Sea Salt

This simple recipe with fresh rosemary, garlic and fontina cheese on flatbread gives you a new and flavorful way to serve “pizza.”

Why try? It’s easy to make and a nice change of pace from the “typical” pizza.

Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Fontina cheese, grated
  • Sea salt
  • Coarse black pepper
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Rosemary, coarse chopped
  • Olive oil

Preparation

    On work surface lay out flatbread. Top with grated fontina chesse, sprinkle with salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

    Bake at 350°F for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    Top with fresh shaved parmesan cheese.
