OK, recipes don’t get any simpler than this. But when you’ve got radishes this fresh, crisp and delicious, you don’t need much beyond a bit of salt.

Why try? Well, this tasting idea is SO simple, we don’t know why you WOULDN’T try it.

Foodie Byte: Just about any salt will do, of course, but sea salt really complements and brings out the best in a farm fresh radish. If you like your radishes extra salty, run a little water over them before setting them down into the salt, so the granules will adhere better.

This is one of our recipes using fresh, locally-grown vegetables from our CSA farm. Click here to meet Joe the Farmer and learn more about Community Supported Agriculture.
