This simple fruit cup brings together just the right combination of fresh fruit—a nice light way to start or end a meal.

Why try? It’s a delicious way to get some of your daily servings of fruit.

Foodie Byte: To keep bananas from browning, sprinkle with reserved grapefruit juice.

 

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, peeled and cut on a bias
  • 1-24 ounce jar grapefruit, drain, reserve juice
  • 2-24 ounce jars mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup blueberries for garnish
  • Mint for garnish

Preparation

  • 1
    Combine bananas, grapefruit, and mandarin oranges.

    Garnish with blueberries and mint.

    Serve.
