Mildly spicy chipotle has become one of America’s most popular spices. It works great in this sweet/spicy compound butter, which is ideal for loading up corn on the cob or baked potatoes.

Why try? It’s an easy way to add the “Wow factor” to corn, baked potatoes, green beans, and lots of other things.

Foodie Byte: Try it over baked sweet potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces softened unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons pureed chipotle peppers in adobo
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, season to taste
