Better For You Game Day Nachos

Snacks don’t have to be super fattening. These zesty nachos won’t throw your “Eat Smarter” New Year’s resolution for a loss.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces shredded Cheddar
  • 1 ounce corn chips
  • 5 tablespoons bean dip
  • 1 tablespoon guacamole
  • Jalapeno slices (optional)

Preparation

  • 1
    Arrange the Corn Chips in a baking sheet pan.
  • 2
    Divide Bean Dip by spooning on each chip, follow by sprinkling Cheddar Cheese.

    Bake Chips at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • 4
    After baking, top with Guacamole Dip and/or garnish with Jalapeño Pepper slices.
