15 Minute Beef Fajitas
Ingredients
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 pound), cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 medium red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, sliced, halved
- 1 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 1/2 cup A.1. Mesquite Marinade
- 8 TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Flour Tortillas, warmed
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
Beef Fajitas are quick and tasty using TACO BELL® and KRAFT® products. In just 15 minutes you can serve a group of 5 this Mexican favorite.

Preparation
- COOK and stir steak in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 minutes. Add peppers and onion; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until steak is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- ADD salsa and marinade; mix well. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- SPOON evenly onto tortillas; roll up. Top with the guacamole and sour cream.
