5 Minute Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons prepared Horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
This creamy sauce adds a spicy zest to meats. Makes a superb accompaniment for corned beef on St. Patrick’s Day…or any day.
