Berry-Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 1/2 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons omega 3 smoothie mixer
Greek yogurt, almond milk, a trio of berries and our omega 3 smoothie mixer are combined in this healthful drink. Enjoy it for a breakfast-on-the-run or an afternoon treat. The recipe calls for frozen fruit, so you can make this smoothie year-round.
Makes about 6 cups.

Preparation
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, yogurt, almond milk, honey, vanilla and smoothie mixer and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
