Cheesecake Coffeecake
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup instant oatmeal
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons orange zest (grated orange rind)

Preparation
- Blend margarine, cream cheese and sugar.
- Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients and add to the cream cheese mixture.
- Blend in orange zest.
- Spoon batter into well-greased 8' baking pan or 12 muffin pans.
- Add crumb topping, using 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/3 cup flour and 2 tablespoons margarine.
- Sprinkle crumb topping over batter then bake at 350 degrees.
- Bake 35-40 minutes for coffeecake or 20 minutes for muffins.
