Why Try? This is a super easy two-ingredient cookie dessert that combines store bought cookie dough and popular mini-size peanut butter cups.

Foodie Byte: A mini muffin tin is a must have for this recipe, if baked on traditional cookie sheet the cookie dough will spread flat instead of enrobing the peanut butter cup.

Preparation

  2. Cut chilled cookie dough into nine (1-inch) slices; then quarter each slice.
  3. Place one quarter in each section of muffin tin and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 7 minutes or until puffy.
  4. Remove from oven and place one unwrapped peanut butter cup on each partially baked cookie.
  5. Return to oven and bake another 2 to 3 minutes until chocolate is soft.
  6. Let cookies cool in tins for 5 minutes then remove from tins and cool completely on baking rack.
