Grilled Corn on the Cob

Here’s how to get your grilled corn to turn out sweet and flavorful—without a lot of work.
Why try? Corn on the cob, hot off the grill…the perfect side dish for just about any summer cookout.

Preparation
- Pull the husks of the corn back (do not completely remove them). Remove and discard only the silk.
- Reposition the husks back over the kernels.
- Soak the whole cobs in a pot of cold water for 30 minutes. Be sure the ears are completely covered with water (using a clean brick will work).
- While the corn is soaking, preheat the grill to 350°F or the coals to medium-hot.
- Place the prepared ears of corn on the grill, rotating the corn as needed to keep it from getting charred too much on one side.
- Allow the corn to slowly continue cooking for another 30 minutes.
- Serve with butter.
