Ingredients
- 2 (2 pound each) racks of ribs
- 1/4 cup pork rub seasoning, dried
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place ribs, meaty side up, on a cookie sheet. Cover with rub and salt and pepper.
- Roast in oven for 1 hour or until tender.
- Place ribs on a grill rack over coals and roast for 30 minutes.
