  • 2 (2 pound each) racks of ribs
  • 1/4 cup pork rub seasoning, dried
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place ribs, meaty side up, on a cookie sheet. Cover with rub and salt and pepper.
  3. Roast in oven for 1 hour or until tender.
  4. Place ribs on a grill rack over coals and roast for 30 minutes.
