Homemade Pita Crisps
Ingredients
- 6 pita bread rounds
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper, coarse-ground
Warm homemade pita crisps you can make yourself! Great for game-time dipping or dunking or just plain munching.

Preparation
- Cut each pita into 8 wedges.
- Brush with oil and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Place in a single layer on sheet pans and bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 6 to 8 minutes or crisp and golden.
