Honey Chipotle Butter
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons pureed chipotle peppers in adobo
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 8 ounces softened unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper, season to taste
Mildly spicy chipotle has become one of America’s most popular spices. It works great in this sweet/spicy compound butter, which is ideal for loading up corn on the cob or baked potatoes.
