Hot Chocolate Fudge Sauce

  • 6 ounces hot chocolate mix
  • 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup

Four store-bought ingredients and a couple minutes on the stove and you have a rich, decadent fudge sauce that tastes like hot chocolate! Package in jars and hand out to friends and family during the holiday season.

Preparation

  1. Bring cream, corn syrup and hot chocolate mix to boil and simmer in a heavy bottomed sauce pan over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add chocolate chips and remove from heat; stir until melted and smooth. Serve warm.
