Hot Dogs with Florida Relish
Ingredients
- 2 fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 6 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- kosher salt to taste
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 package kosher hot dogs
- 1 package hot dog buns
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except hot dogs and buns and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat hot dogs by your preferred cooking method, place on buns and top with relish
