  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Granny Smith apples

Here is a great treat for a tasty afternoon snack for the kids!

Preparation

  1. Decore and slice apples.
  2. Combine 1/2 cup Blue Bunny® Peanut Butter Panic® Ice Cream and 4 ounces cream cheese. Mix well, stirring with wooden spoon or whip.
  3. Place mixture in a bowl and serve immediately with apples.
