Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) roasted red peppers, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning

Offer toasted pita bread wedges, French bread slices or cut-up fresh vegetables with this tangy dip.

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Cover.
  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
  3. Serve with cut-up fresh vegetables and/or pita wedges.
