Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 jar (7 ounces) roasted red peppers, drained and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
Offer toasted pita bread wedges, French bread slices or cut-up fresh vegetables with this tangy dip.

Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
- Serve with cut-up fresh vegetables and/or pita wedges.
