- Place the veggies in a baggie and add 1/4 cup olive oil and garlic.
- Marinade for 30 minutes to 2 hours
- Place the chicken tenders in a baggie and add white wine, 4 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice and herbs.
- Marinade for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Heat grill to high.
- Brush with a little cooking oil.
- Grill the veggies for 4-5 minutes and turn.
- Add the chicken tenders to the grill.
- Turn over after 4-5 minutes.
