Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 9 inch unbaked pastry shell
An old fashioned pecan pie that will be a staple at your family table.
Preparation
- Beat eggs with sugar, corn syrup, melted butter and pinch of salt.
- Add pecan halves and pour into unbaked shell. Place in a 350 degree over for about 50 minutes.
