Remoulade Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cornichons or sour gherkins
- 2 tablespoons cornichon liquid
- 3 tablespoons capers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
This creamy sauce is tangy and subtly spicy, ideal to serve with fish or a wide range of other foods.
