  • 2 tablespoons cornichons or sour gherkins
  • 2 tablespoons cornichon liquid
  • 3 tablespoons capers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
