Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tomatillo
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • cilantro to taste
  • 1 jalapeno, with seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste

This recipe is great slathered on a Rib-eye steak, the way they make it at Lindo Michoacán in Las Vegas.

Preparation

  1. Chop tomatillo, garlic and onion. Add together. Add chopped cilantro and jalapeno. Add salt and pepper. Serve with a grilled rib-eye steak.
