SPAM Spread On Rye

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) can SPAM® Spread
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup shredded coleslaw mix, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 4 slices light caraway Rye bread, toasted

Combine coleslaw, Thousand Island dressing, swiss cheese and SPAM™ Spread together for a delightful sandwich mixture served on Rye Bread.

Preparation

  1. In bowl, combine SPAM®, cheese, coleslaw and salad dressing. Cover and chill mixture at least an hour.
  2. Evenly divide mixture among each of two bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices and serve. Makes 2 sandwiches.
