Spiced Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 pound whole pecans
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon kosher or sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

Preparation

  1. Bake the pecans spread out on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mix all other ingredients together. Immediately after removing nuts from oven, pour into bowl with mixed ingredients and toss until all nuts are coated.
  3. Spread out to dry on a clean, parchment covered cookie sheet. Store tightly covered.
