The pairing of a humble hard-boiled egg and smoky crisps of bacon bring out the pleasant freshness of this spring salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 package baby lettuce
  • 1/4 pound bacon, cooked and broken into pieces
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • Your favorite vinaigrette

Preparation

    Toss lettuce in dressing.

    Divide among plates and top with bacon pieces and egg quarters. Serve.
