I found myself sitting at my desk thinking about what I was going to eat for dinner. I’ve also been thinking about what I’m going to eat on Easter. Anyone else have food on your mind?
All day I was thinking about what I was going to make for dinner. We finally sat down to eat and I just had to take a minute and soak it all in. The salmon was so good that even my cat was hanging around begging for a little tiny piece.
Even on a Monday, there’s something to be said for keeping your commitments. Especially during Lent.
After the late, late night of editing and the early, early morning of copying and reviewing the video, believe it or not, I really didn’t get to eat anything. Unless half a bagel counts.
The temptation is mounting. We walked to the back of Sam’s Club, where they keep the produce and fresh meats, and I saw my favorite, the rotisserie chickens.
Craig opened up the grill and there it was, a huge steak. It was just staring up at me. It smelled fantastic. The grill marks even looked extremely appetizing.
Today started super early. We had to be at the airport no later than 5:30 a.m., which means nothing too heavy for breakfast. Well, at least not right away.
