Watch master mixologists Steve Schneider of Employees Only New York, square off against Art Tierce of Portland's Teardrop Lounge and Chino Lee of Portland's Departure at Castle Chicago as part of the International Wine, Spirits & Beer Event. Judges include celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain, Sidney Frank Corporate Mixologist Todd Richman and Master Mixologist Tony About-Granim. Besides bragging rights, Schneider walked away with $5000 cash for his creation, "The Dean."
