This recipe just may become your signature chicken salad. Foodie Byte: The salad improves if made ahead of time, allowing the flavors to blend and develop. NOTE: If you are short on time use a prepared rotisserie chicken purchased from the supermarket deli or club store. For this recipe we used an Israeli-made Mango and Curry Sauce.
