P.F. Chang's Introduces New Grill Menu

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based chain P.F. Chang’s China Bistro announced the launch of its Chinese Grill Menu featuring new chicken and steak dishes.

New items on the grill menu include:

• Chang’s Sichuan Chicken Flatbread, featuring a Chinese scallion pancake served with sliced Sichuan marinated chicken, melted cheese, mustard slaw and dipping sauce for $7
• an Asian Marinated New York Strip, featuring a 12 ounce New York Strip, sliced and served with sesame soy sauce on a bed of grilled bok choy for $20.

P.F. Chang’s cuisine is based on the philosophy of Yin & Yang in food, and menu items try to balance these elements by mixing both mild and spicy flavors in each dish.
