Have you had your last snowfall? Are you beginning to leave the coat behind when you head out the door? Are your allergies telling you that Spring is coming?

We all know the signs of change, and most of us are ready to head into warmer temperatures and all the food and entertainment opportunities that go with it.

To get your transition juices flowing, The Food Channel chefs have put together a great lunch menu, with a BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, Kicked Up Cole Slaw, Grilled Potato Salad, Fried Pickles, and Toffee Brownies with Chocolate Sauce. We’ll have the recipes for you soon, so keep watching for them.

Make it easy on yourself by using quality disposable products that are also “green.” For example, you can find some great tips on sustainable entertaining from Chinet. As you can see from the photos, we think that this menu is great for easy entertaining – exactly what you need as you shed the heavy winter hats and scarves and move into a light and simple season.

So, think gardens and fresh vegetables. Outdoor picnics and parties. Warm breezes and the food to fit the season.

We certainly are.
