Bob Noble

Founder and CEO

Posted by Editor from The Food Channel®

Since founding Noble & Associates (now Noble Communications) in 1969, Bob has been the visionary force behind what has become one of the top 50 advertising and marketing agencies in the United States. As owner of The Food Channel, Bob had the foresight to be a part of the early days of integrating the usual communications methods into the internet. There has been no looking back.

Under his leadership, NOBLE quickly became, and continues to be, a pioneer in food and foodservice marketing. The full-service agency was nontraditional in many ways, most notably for its focus and specialization in one industry—food.

Innovation and creativity became the agency’s signature. Wanting his associates to understand food at its deepest levels, Noble built a Culinary Creative Center and staffed it with professionally trained chefs, nutritionists and food scientists, establishing Noble Communications as one of the nation’s leading food authorities. That Center is now part of The Kitchens of The Food Channel.

A desire to better understand consumer thinking led Noble to establish the International Food Futurists, a global network devoted to exploring the future of food. He also created CultureWaves, a proprietary creative process that delivers a wealth of valuable life insights from tangible behavioral evidence and observation.

Affirming the value and business growth his business has delivered to the Midwest, Bob Noble was awarded the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award for his region in 2001. Sponsored by Ernst & Young LLP, USA Today, NASDAQ and CNN, the award recognized extraordinary success through innovation, financial performance and personal commitment.
Noble Communications has two world-class facilities, in Springfield, Missouri and Chicago, Illinois. The agency continues be a leader in the food industry by helping clients build profitable and lifelong customer relationships—a testament to its founder’s vision and perseverance.
