Haute Cuisine

Haute Cuisine was designed to showcase legendary cooking of the past 40 years. Proceeds from the purchase of Haute Cuisine benefit a 29-county region in Southwest Missouri, providing case management, medication management, dietitian services and personal care items for people with HIV/AIDS; support for clients’ families and caregivers; education for area health care providers; HIV/AIDS testing and counseling; and prevention education for at-risk populations and the community at large.
